Strange DG4 panels

The panels on my DG4 have a strange issue lately there is a white square on top of it about as high as the 3rd MFD on the rigth side. The same goes for the upper panel left and rigth where the panel goes upwards next to the clock and the gear buttons.
I know that these areas should be see through, maybe it has something todo with my new system as I never had this on my old. I´m currently using a ATI 4870 GPU.

...and you mentioned that it only started lately, what happened between when it was working, and when it started?

I had this happen to me today so I can describe what I did to "fix" it.
While experimenting with 3D devices in the Video Tab, the control panel defaulted back to 800*600 and I didn't catch it before starting a scenario and got the white spaces above the DGIV panel as you describe. I set the Video tab resolution and color depth higher and the white spaces went away.

Went up from 16 to 32bit colordepth and all works fine now thx for your help:speakcool:
