Spaceflight Now:
NASASpaceflight: High hopes for Soyuz flyabout during STS-134 following positive planning:
NASA managers have been presented with a working plan and completed assessments on the potential for a Soyuz flyaround of the Shuttle/Station stack during Endeavour’s docked mission. With many of the hurdles from the cancelled STS-133 flyabout plan removed, the unique event has a high potential of being approved by the International Space Station (ISS) partners.

STS-134 now delayed to NET 29th April due to the Russian Progress M-10M launch. :(

NASASpaceflight via Twitter said:
UPDATE: STS-134 slips to April 29 due to Russian insistence on flying their Progress M-10M without delay. Delay showing internally at NASA

New launch date:

... or that none of our British friends would be able to recover from the William & Kate wedding in time for the launch!

Oh man, I just realized thats the same day.

I really hope this doesn't turn out as another STS-117 for the US Media, because for some reason stuff like Paris Hilton going to jail is more important than 7 humans on the greatest adventure ever.

Having to get an astronaut, Buzz Aldrin to boot, on the show to tell you how bad your coverage of a shuttle mission is was pretty sad to see.

That's my daughter's birthday (mine is 4/30)! My wife is off work that weekend, so we could totally drive down to the area and see the launch! Hope that launch date sticks!

Florida Today - The Flame Trench: Shuttle Storm Damage Review Amid More Storms :
A NASA engineering review board is set to evaluate the impact of last week's storms on shuttle Endeavour as another band of severe weather approaches the Kennedy Space Center.

Severe thunderstorms are sweeping through the Titusville area, heading east over the Indian River toward NASA's shuttle homeport. The thunderstorms, lightning and hail will stall work at launch pad 39A, where Endeavour is being prepped for a planned April 29 launch.

Storms last week caused minor damage to the foam insulation on Endeavour's external tank, and engineers tested all electrical systems on the spacecraft to make certain lightning did no damage.

Astronaut Mike Massimino visits the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory near NASA's Johnson Space Center to talk to the members of the STS-134 crew of space shuttle Endeavour about their mission.

Quick question: Will the ET fly like this? Has such a logo ever been attached before?

No ET has ever flown with a logo on its Intertank Door. And yes, ET-122 will fly with that logo.

It flew with a bat logo before, albeit for a short time.
