General Question Tutorials on texturing 3D models/Making virtual cockpits

I'm just starting to make add-ons for Orbiter but I can't find any good tutorials on texturing 3d models. I also haven't been able to find good tutorials on how to make virtual cockpits. Please provide me with some links or any sort of help , thanks.
