Resolved Unable to post an add-on (attach an archive)

Hi,
I was trying to post an addon right now. My archive is about 90 MB, I've tried to attach it several times (both ZIP and RAR), but I get the error:
Oops! We ran into some problems when I press "Save".
You must upload a file or provide an external download URL.

I tried to attach an ZIP archive of ~2 MB right now and it says:
"The uploaded file is too large for the server to process."

It's not the add-on posting problem since I get the same error when trying to attach the archive in the thread.

I broke this during the last update cycle by moving over to a newer PHP engine and leaving the (very small) default values for file uploads in place.

This should be fixed now, please re-try.
