Do I need to change any settings, or is everyone getting this?

It looks OK here. Browsers can be set to reject and not run CSS (which control the style of the page ie. font size and colors, where page tags appear etc.). If you haven't changed any browser settings lately it should be alright. I don't want to scary you or anything but there are viruses that can affects the browsers in this way.

Try multiple browsers too...

If you use firefox, make sure that page style is not set to "No style"
Go to "View -> Page style -> any other than no style here ".
