Hi. After some exercising I did it! Yesterday I made my first "first orbit" capture of ISS 
MFD's I used was Algin Planes, TransX, Map, OrbitMFD. I did it with XR2 using stock XR2 to ISS scenario. I'm uploading playback and I've question:
Do I do everything right(in exception of almost crashing into ISS :lol? Most important for me is getting into orbit.
So, here's scenario(playback) for your pleasure
(just unpack it to Flights folder in Orbiter installation dir "Orbiter/Flights/XR2 to ISS firstorbit")
edit: heh, looks like adding attachment didn't fail, I won't remove dropbox link anyway...
