Depends on how much you do. I have spent a night playing an AMSO mission with only little time acceleration, but if I just want to circle around the moon, I can do it in 20 minutes.

Don't forget you can save the sim, and finish the flight later. Just exit the sim (from the menu that <F4> brings up), the click "Save Current Scenario" on thge launchpad, give it a name (and a discription if you want), and you can start right where you left off anytime you want.

I Am doing this mission, i successfully reached the orbit. currently i am orbiting earth, i have set the target on TRANS X. Now how should i leave earths orbit and enter in moons.

No need to escape Earth. Just 'adjust your orbit' to get to the moon.
