Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem with the DG Prelude II Base.
When I try to enter a UMMU and press "E" the program stops and I usually need to reset my PC afterwards.
Are there any solutions for this problem?
:(

If PC not freez completly only Orbiter than press Alt GR + Crtl + Delete and in Task Manager go on Opera.exe and end process.
No need to restart PC...about problem don't know. :)

I think this is a UMMU bug as I've seen it before. it occurs when there is a certain number of vessels in a scenario (somewhere around the 20 mark).

Wouldn't killing Orbiter.exe be more useful than killing your web browser? ;)
I've had problems with getting to the Task Manager if orbiter dies and the only resort was to reboot the whole machine (DirectX will lock your monitor showing just the orbiter video, so whilst technically the task manager is there, you can't see it so it's almost impossible to use). If you find yourself expecting this kind of crash, I'd suggest running orbiter in a window rather than full screen.

That a Alt+F4...

Hi all,

Does the Prelude II show up in the map/basesync MFDs, i.e - Does it register as a base, or a vessel?

Thanks.

OK. Will the map MFD still set a 'target orbit' for the base, and indicate its position and distance? I can guess basesync.
