Error Space Station Building Blocks 4.1b

If any of you know how to fix this problem please reply.
I downloaded and un 'rar' ed (unzipped:lol the station building blocks into my orbiter directory using a demo of winrar. (I wasn't going to need WinRAR much so I used a demo.) But I got everything setup and un'rar'ed and that went just fine. But when I went to open the scenario this popped-up:

I went to the Orbiter.log and here are the last few lines:

Can someone Help me. Just in case it matters, I use a Windows Vista OS. Any help is appreciated!

Do you have spacecraft3? If not, you need to get it here. See if that fixes your problem.

Yes I do have Spacecraft3. I downloaded it right after I un'rar'ed the add-on. I might try redownloading the add-on.

Did you put it in the Modules subfolder of your Orbiter install? If so, I can't help you and you'll have to wait for someone else to show up.

I guess I didn't put it in the right folder. when I checked I only saw spacecraft2. Thanks!

I just re-unzipped spacecraft3 and put it into the Modules subfolder, and it still doesn't work. Any help is appreciated.

I think you need to install 4.0 before 4.1

I found by using the Orbiter diagnostic V0.2 that I was missing Spacecraft3.cfg. Where would I get that?

I found out that I only downloaded the .dll not the .cfg. oh well, I have it fixed now.
