Can someone please help me with connecting and using OMP, i really cant make heads and tails of it but from what i can get, its sounds amazing and i really want to do it.

I think Kriss' OMP server is down. Also, OMP is a beta system, not meant to be used by end-users.

IIRC, OFSS is short for Orbiter Forum Space Station, and it should be a community project focussed on collaboratory building a space station in LEO: http://orbiter-forum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=81
