Question How do I use ISS by thorton with XR2?

I installed [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3737"]International Space Station v3.0[/ame] + [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=4546"]v3.1.2 Patch[/ame]- by thorton but it has its own scenarios. How do I replace the default ISS with the improved one in all scenarios?

Go to one of the ISS 3.0 scenarios and open it up in notepad.
Copy all the parts for the ISS under ships:

Go to your scenario you want ISS 3.0 in, delete the stock ISS and paste the ISS 3.0 ships in it's place.

Thanks, works great.

By the way this ISS has jerky motion/rotation which is very evident when trying to dock to docking hatch 3

That is due to the ISS using the prograde autopilot, go to the main ISS Module (usually named ISS) and switch prograde off.

Sorry, I don't know which file to edit. I can't find anything related to prograde in the .scn file, all the files in the Modules folders are .dll and there is no mention of prograde or autopilot in any of the files in Orbiter\Config\Vessels\ISSR

No, switch to the ISS vessel within Orbiter. Press F3, select it, and switch off its autopilot by pressing whichever key does that.
