What ship?

If it's a config file or SC3 vessel, all you need is notepad.

If it's a DLL vessel, you're out of luck.

its just the standard deltaglider didnt see an ini for it oh well

You won't. The Delta-glider as provided in the default installation of Orbiter is a DLL vessel.

If you're willing to sacrifice some features you can whip up a config or spacecraft3 ini for it with docking ports wherever you want. Actually, I think Spacecraft3 comes with a nicely animated deltaglider that you can mess around with.
