I would like to set a station in a stable orbit on the Earth-Moon L1 Lagrange point. A halo orbit around that point is supposed to be stable. How do I calculate the orbit and place something into it? I do have the Lagrange MFDs, but they don't seem to have that capability.

AFAIR, you just need to miss the point a bit and the compensate the errors by starting a rotation around the target point in the right direction.

And how do you get to the point accurately?

I think it would be easier to just put a station there and target it instead of the point itself.

I can get the station to the L-1 point with the Lagrange MFD. What I can't do is keep it from drifting away durning the scenario, which can take several days to complete.

I never tried this, but I guess all you would need to do is to stay near the point with a very small speed --station-keeping, as Izack already suggested.

P.S.: How can you get to the point, I don't even know how I could begin.
