I thought we needed somewhere to share our latest Minecraft endeavors without having to use the server thread.
Here's a little something I've been working on in Singleplayer. (Using Too Many Items because I like the building part of Minecraft the most)

My treehouse on the server (work in progress):

My giant pyramid in singleplayer (exterior complete, need to figure out what to do about the interior):

For me, the aspect of collecting enough resources to build what you want is almost as interesting (if not more interesting) than just building, so I don't cheat materials :)

Time to brag.

My private server: link

About 95% my work, countless hours of work, and no cheating. A couple friends come do the rest, and play on it. Screenshots are a little old. Added a library, an airship dock and a few other things. (Airships are flyable, too. :D)

This is a screenshot of my Mars Station, in very early (WIP) stage (you practically can't see anything and the outside is quite dull, but oh well). I'm building an adventure map at the planet, and the textures have been created by me too. When I finish, I'll release both the adventure and the texture pack.

Still my best creation, a tower I built with a friend a while ago.

I've made a few other large things, but none quite so nice.

Nope, though that is a cool mod. The airships I was talking about were the big ones docked over the city (screenshot was newer than I realize, so the ships and docks are present). A bukkit plugin, MoveCraft lets you build things, then control them. It's not smooth like minecarts or boats, and right now you can't turn (the beta can, apparently), but it's still really neat to build a submarine, then dive into the oceans, or fly an airship, etc.

I really need to get my server working again. :(

I'll link you my savestate for download (I also found out hiow to save states under different names, just copy your folder in the saves-folder and rename it, can be important before you do something risky)
I did this all without an mod or cheat. I have installed to-many-items, but I didn't use it, you can find out by yourdelf, counting the material I used and compainmg it to the places where I "mined" it.

you used too-many-items, didn't you?

I don't honestly see what people's problem is with Too Many Items, I'm not biased because I use it as I didn't care before I started using it, if you like to build, then build away! if you like to survival and mine, survive and mine all you like! Different people have different ways of enjoying games, especially when it comes to Minecraft.

Damn height limit! I can only build 22 of the S-II's rounded 25 meters, time to make a big hole in the ground with a map editor. :P

Hi, folks!

I'm working at a quest-map, just like this (for those who speak german):

http://www.file-upload.net/download-3639079/test.zip.html

It's not ready, but I couldn't resist uploading a between-state.

It would be great if you could say me what you think about it!I have to hide sugar and build traps, now, but it is already a nice map.

Please read readme, too.
It will soon be ready and uploaded, I would be thankful, If you would look at this state and maybe give me some tips!
