Gaming Hielor's Minecraft Server

I dont think is correct to give someone the constructions of other people. Other thing is if that person considers that he want to give these constructions because he wont join the server anymore.

Do you know who built that?

The area is seriously abandoned since the beginning. And very unsightly and unlit. I just don't know who placed those couple blocks of "wall" and stopped. That's something Hielor should be able to determine.

I think, but don't quote me on this, that is may have been Woo, but I'm not sure.

Pipcard: Unfortunately, I'm on vacation currently and don't have the correct version of minecraft to get on the server to add you. I'll see if I can dig it up, though. Remind me next Monday if I haven't done it by then. Sorry!

As for the walls/towers west of the commune, that's been there since the dawn of time, and actually predates the current block logging, so I can't see who it was. When I get back home I can check the old block logging db to see who it was, but that structure has been in its current state since before the initial End expedition shortly after the new world was created, so it's safe to consider it abandoned.

Given that it's just a couple block high walls and towers without even a second floor, I don't think it's a problem to take over the project. If the original builder shows up, I'll happily reimburse them the materials from my own stash and help them set up something similar elsewhere.

If the structure was closer to completion and represented more than a few minutes of work I'd be more hesitant, but in this case it's just the barest outline of a structure. It's also not like the location is anything extraordinary, either--just a normal plains near a coast, which is fairly common.

TL;DR version: Go for it, Jeff.

Batteries not included, some assembly required? :)

That is, where can i find a manual?

1. place tree sapling (oak or jungle) on dirt block,
2. add bone meal
3. Repeat 1 then 2 until you get tired then go to 4
4. place Axe in hand.
5. accelerate axe into wood blocks until you a. run out of wood or b. run out of axes

don't cut the birch blocks and it'll work.

The rail line (Black line? Which colours are free?) to Absurd island is now done, and fully ghast-proofed.
There is a nice option for a continuation directly to Gold Farm site from there, to be finished once we settle the plans at the site.

From Gold Farm site it would be easy to extend the black line all the way to much-abandoned Rosewood.

How is it much-abandoned? :P

Last time I visited it, there were a couple of wool-less sheep, a pig or 2, a chicken, and a creeper (the last one was eventually dead :P). No ocelots or people.

Hey Heilor, you do kniow there is Bukkit 1.4.4 out dont you? 1.4.4 and 1.4.5 are interchangeable..

Cancel that, I didnt read the page correctly-thats a BETA build not an official one.. never mind :)

There's snow golem building on that island?

If that's the one at edge of the bay, then I always thought it meant to be a statue of a Minecraft chicken/duck.
Woo and I both made giant snow golems (Back then it took us maybe a couple weeks to finally find snow on the server, and we celebrated accordingly), Woo never finished his.

As for that giant castle foundation, at the time he built it on an area Woo had claimed. There was a debate over who built there first, and then everyone just abandoned the island. So I don't think anyone even cares anymore. I forget who it was (Started with an S maybe?), but they stopped showing up in short time.

This post makes me feel old.

Hielor already had the right version, so I'm now whitelisted.

I get it now. It does say "Street of the Industry".

yeah i also have an old mine shaft there with some boxes, furnaces and a wooden door tucked into a little hillside before the industry showed up, but i don't really use it anymore

Does anyone know where I can get some glowstone? I need only 12 glowstone blocks.

(If you answer "The Nether", where in the Nether? Have all the nearby glowstone blocks been exhausted?)

In the nether, take a minecart, go to Artlav's Absurd Island or Arrowstar's Rosewood, those places are not frequently visited and far away from the hub enough that I think there's still some glowstone to take.

yeah i have a ton and would spare a dozen, but i'm running 1.4.4 :/
