Nope. The army relies on the Air Force for Air-Lifting... none of the Army's fixed wing air craft are front line duty, and none of them are really equipped for combat. Sorry bud.

Mmm, sorry Eli, but Navy wings are made of gold (Airforce wings are made of lead).
There is a nice rivalry between the two, but special props to any aviator (thanks Star Voyager) who can take an aluminum cloud like the Tomcat (or maybe a composite fiber honeycomb cloud like the Hornet) and plant it in a space of 200 ft (actual zone for #3 wire is much smaller).

Air Force to the heart man.
A Raptor could rip a Tomcat or a Hornet apart. I used to know a guy who flew Tomcats. Cool guy.

When I was younger, I wanted to be a naval aviator, but I realized how great the Air Force can be. :tiphat:

But nothing... NOTHING.... beats watching the Army-Navy game.

I used to think the Tomcat was the baddest thing in the sky. Then I watched a few get embarrassed by a few (old) F-104s. The Tomcat was pretty awesome, but really it was just a launch platform for the even more awesome Phoenix missile.
The Raptor is a very good craft, too bad congress won't authorize more.

On the subject of XR-2 skins though... hey tran, any chance for this?

It's VX-9.
This is what their tail looks like if you want more detail on it.

Nowadays, on their F-18's, its the normal compass grey with that same tail livery.
