To my surprise the program detected my system and put settings to "high".
I quess my graphic card isn't as bad as I thought.
It's pretty gorgeous.
Leveling is a bit fast though.
Still busy with my first dungeon and I'm already level 4.
( Oke, it's a big one but still....)
Leveling will be a lot faster than Oblivion since any skill levels count toward leveling, not just major ones.
I figured out how to set the hotkey numbers (since it's the same as Oblivion), but as for equipping--that's not how it's working for me at all. Shift-hotkey doesn't change the behavior. You can assign hotkeys by pressing a number while having something selected in the favorites. Simply press the hotkey to get it into the main hand and shift+hotkey for off-hand.
Spent about three hours playing already. Feels a lot like Fallout 3, really, only without the guns. Looks good, runs great on high settings and 1600x900 with my HD 6790. Looking forward to kleptomania, stealthy murderings and houses piled high with booty.
FOOS!Do not press the Z key when there is a NPC in front of you.
Unless you want a gooey mess.
Wood elf sneaky/stabby/ranger thing.
15x sneak attack on daggers is so overpowered.
http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Sneak Assassin's Blade perk, total of 15xi thought it was 12x?
anyway, i got myself a wierd combination, half sneaky ranger, half greatsword!
i figured why not have a greatsword for those close encounters
and btw, Smithing is the way to go... as long as you can find enough steel to forge (which i cant)
