That's why I always canibalize old PC indented for dissasembly for all precious screws he may have.

I simply have a bag of screws in my tool box....

I have some screws loose...you haven't seen them, have you?

The most recent 3 companions were all excellent, and this newest one is a serious hottie.

I haven't seen the newest companion yet. I've really liked all the companions in the new series, but my favorite so far has to be Donna Noble(and her Grandfather).

Indeed! Doctor 10 and Donna ARE Doctor Who for me.
I saw some of Doctor 9 but all I remember out of that series is Rose. :P
I saw a bit of the latest doctor before I stopped keeping up.
With the new companion, looks like I need to get back into it. ;)

Catherine Tate did a great job as a companion (Donna Noble), but I kept expecting her to break into her Lauren Cooper persona every now and again. I think some of the out-takes should have been really funny.
Martha Jones was good, as was Emily Pond. And I'll always have a soft spot for first Romana and Sara Jane.

As usual one picture is worth 1000 words so I made simulation (file is of course in RGB but I but it was prepred in CMYK using off-set coated color profile )

...and I'm viewing it on a lousily calibrated screen :P

Desktops on the other hand, too many holes and too few screws.

Dunno, in the age of almost screwless casings I find myself more and more in a screw surplus...

I actually preferred Chris Eccleston to David Tennant, but David is growing on me. Just started Season '3' of, well, I guess it's considered Doctor 9? Anyway, I never was much of a Whovian back in the early days (read: 70s/80s), watched a couple episodes here and there on PBS. Now I'm hooked. Between that and Warehouse 13, I get nothing done these days. Curse you Netflix, and yet, thank you...

Of course, I will defeat you all. With one Dalek.

You're experiencing the Doctor Effect. You never think this one will be as good as the last one, until...ooh, that was a good episode...hey, that season rocked...NO MY FEELIGNS...man, this one's my favourite Doctor.

Tennant is the Tenth.

I'll see your Dalek, or a whole race of them, and raise you one Time Lord. :P

Our cat was clawing at a bookshelf all of yesterday and so we pulled it out, and out came this guy:

It took over half an hour to catch him, and the cat was surprisingly bad at catching it. (we got it to hide in a box and then we put the lid on)

Glad to see you didnt resort to burning your house down.

Haha, my wife would have freaked out. We had a mouse get in a few years ago. I haven't ever seen her move so fast, she was up on the back of the couch is stereotypical "eek, a mouse" fashion that I was in tears laughing.

We've lost a lot of snow lately...it almost looks like Spring (other than the -20C temperature, of course.)

I've been wondering, what does Canada do that stops the entire country grinding to a halt when it snows. England could use some lessons.

Same as Russia, i guess - not treating the winter as a suddenly arriving disaster.

You know, put winter tires on your car, antifreeze in the liquids, slippy road driving lessons into your head, snowplows on trains, snow cleaning equipment on roads, an army of street sweepers, multilayer clothing, heat-insulated houses, sleds for kids, sand on ice for adults, so on, and so on.

If you can't afford half-a-year long snowliday, you have to adapt.

You learn to not be annoyed with people that whine about it

And we have hockey! Canada & Russia both love ice hockey.

Heavy Rain, God of War series, Uncharted series, Red Dead Redepemtion: Some people just want me to waste my money on a new console and videogames...
