Just saw this article in the morning Weather Channel report today.

The news may have been delayed but the subject is still interesting since it's dealing with space/rocket launches.

The short article mentions on studies of the upper jet stream. I guess there's still more to learn about Mother Earth's atmosphere.

It's only scary/evil when used in that (Biblical) context, which is not the case here.
