Programming Question help coding rover lift

hey i am trying to code a vessel that has a rover lift for cars, like in the arrow ad-on. i was wondering what i should ad to my code, since i have no idea where to start. any help would be appreciated.

That is the way to do it. On my Eagles the buggy are attached and the point moves down/up with the buggy into the eagle.
