How ironic. I was watching training practices for engine failures on Youtube (single piston engine aircraft) as well as crash landings, while I got this news:

One person was killed and four others injured after two helicopters collided while taking part in a police training exercise in the German capital Berlin.

Too bad.

And I still don't like helicopters.

Yes, but it was likely a collision between the two helicopters caused by white-out during landing. Such visibility problems and accidents are actually pretty common and luckily not always deadly, like this one.

Bad organizing kills, unfortunately.

Is that the snow/fog being so bad, or the camera user being so bad?
What kind of hooligans do they have there if it needs helicopters to pacify them?

Yes. I think it wasn't the best idea to perform the training during such meteorological conditions. Sadly a vivid example why rescue helicopters are grounded during such conditions.

I don't really know it. But Berlin has some of the worst hooligan groups in Germany.

But helicopters would not be as helpful as simply investing the money into proper arena security.
