Again: What do you mean with reset?

The AUTO will only change, if you select a different mode on the DAP button panel and will be displayed overbright, if you are not in AUTO, if you execute ITEM 27.

it mean no orient when i change from OMS1 to OMS2

No orientation in the sense of:

  1. No attitude control at all, orbiter is freely tumbling
  2. No change in orientation after changing major mode

The second case would be correct, since there is no possibility to automatically change orientation without a manoeuvre load in OPS G1.

In G1, there is only the transition DAP, not the more powerful Orbit DAP.

Like jalexb88 says : "I punched in OPS 105, for the OMS-2 display, but ITEM 27 still does not orient my shuttle, It says TTG, but evn if, lets say, I put in Vx +200 (prograde), then when I reach my Tig the shuttle is not in a prograde orientation at all. Does my scenario work on your side? The OMS ignites, but I get nowhere near the target Apogee/Perigee. For the engine indications, that may of been, me while playing around with the OMS-1, somehow interrupted the dumping.

You have to set the DAP to AUTO. And you have to wait until the dump has finished to change the DAP configuration. This ends about T+15 minutes.

And, after you select AUTO, the manouver occurs slowly on MM1 and MM3, so you have to set the DAP to AUTO 20 minutes or a little more before the burn.

Did you check that the RCS mode is not VERN? Thats a known error in SSU 3.0 right now, it is possible to use vernier thrusters in OPS G1 (should only be possible in G2), some scenarios had been wrongfully configured with VERN selected instead of PRI.

Bash me, but I think it would be not bad to see this Orbiter BETA 2015 - partially because it would help to test new Orbiter version in its beta stage...

We got far more important things to work on than adapting a alpha product to a beta product. Both are subject to major changes so it's best to wait until one or the other reaches the "stable" status.

No reason to get bashed. Actually I think as well that a orbiter beta branch of SSU could be interesting. But we also need to include new features for the next version. We need to do a mission editor.

A lot of work AND still we have to prepare for the next version anyway. It would be better if we could have martins word, that the new Orbiter version will be released in the next 18 months.

BUT:

Orbiter releases are like the Spanish Inquisition, nobody expects it.

No bash from here.... but unless we have an idea of when it's coming out, I think there's little point in having SSU chasing something that, for now, is a moving target.

...aaaand...: Thanks to using a better compression (7zip I think you've used) the ZIPs
size went down from 170 MB (rc2) to 76,8 MB.
As you see, I like little improvements as much as the big ones ;)
Thanks,
Kuddel
