When i yaw left or right, the delta turns a little then turns back to the center as if the delta is resisting.

When i yaw left or right, the delta turns a little then turns back to the center as if the delta is resisting.

You mean during atmospheric flight? That is normal behavior for aircraft then, the vertical stabilizers are turning the nose back into the airflow.

In space, you can observe a similar behavior, when you are using translation RCS mode. Firing the left/right thrusters while using prograde autopilot can make the velocity indicator lead a bit while the autopilot turns back to prograde.
