Installation Is there a way to install a specific area/region of high resolution terrain?

Considering that the download size for the entire high resolution earth for Orbiter 2016 is really huge, I was wondering if there is a way to get surface tiles (and if possible, also the elevation data) specifically for a small area (around 500x500 km)? I need to make a video about a launch somewhere in Southeast asia and I need a more detailed landscape, but my internet speeds prohibit me from getting the entire surface+elevation tiles ASAP. Any recommendations? Thank you.
