For the 2010 version I've used BrianJ's launchpad, but AFAIK he has not yet released a version for 2016. You can always try that one of course!

BrianJ's Atlas pad is working for me in Orbiter 2016.

Also, you might not want to link to Multistage2015 for Orbiter 2010 in the OP if this is for Orbiter 2016.

brianj's LRO is working in 2016 and is one of the best addons in orbiter. from his pad to the frost on the tank but the RCS on the centaur really sets that off. You have a great start so keep adding to it, a good example to follow would be harringtons Delta 4 addon and the new pad able to launch the Star Liner would be nice.

Please note that I did not create this add-on, I've only provided the config files so that the original add-on was usable in 2016. I'll add Brian's pad later today, as I'm not home right now.

Hey the Atlas on the pad looks great and flys out well. you might look at the commercial satellites addons for some payloads.

You might look a brianj's centaur for the RCS thrust
you might give some thought to the Delta 4 addon where you can configure the Atlas and add paypoads
