Update CMG_2.1-2016

As promised, here Poscik's updated CMG for Orbiter 2016.
I tried several times to upload this to OH, but just got multiple server-time-outs + missleading error-messages.
I have opened a thread about the issue 4 days ago, but nobody cares.
So...here it is...enjoy.

I had the same problem with my HTV 7 addon. I had to start a new thread here, but the link to it is messed up. I asked the moderators to look at it, but no response.

This has been fixed. Thank you Dbeachy1 .
