Heh, it looks quite a bit like the vanguard...
Also, what do they mean by "official painting"? It's obvious that it's got nothing to do with anything the space force will ever do in the next couple decades, so what's up with that?

I would say its a Space Shuttle Evolution concept, looks a lot like the "Heavy Lift Orbiter II" concept.
