You know you're addicted to Orbiter when...

... If you are searching the modules\plugin folder in another software folder at work after you have compiled a java plugin for this software (happent today). The real folder was only \plugin without \modules...

... when you have a conversation with colleagues about a system roll-out that has been delayed (due to external factors) for quite a while and you refer to "Tuesday" as the potential roll-out date.
Bonus if even your colleagues say "Well, we haven't said which Tuesday" ;)

GUILTY!

...when you have the O-F main page open in Firefox and you open a new tab and go to the O-F main page.
Just did that now.

...when your reaction to somebody saying "What's Orbiter" is:

I thought that was just normal behavior? I don't have an addiction... Seriously, I can quit Orbiter any time I want...

Just let me finish this Mercury fly-by first, then I'm done. But I'll need to set up for my return leg, then I need to...

...when you hear a beep after someone says "translation" or "rotation".

Just happened to me in my Computational Biomechanics class. And then when I went to write it down in my notes, I was even hearing the orbiter sound voice saying it.

...when you imagine translation RCS not working when somebody says "you messed up the translation!"

...when you answer the phone saying "Roger, go ahead".
...when after giving someone your mobile number over the landline, you say "Readback, over".

No, I just try to build a working Apollo Guidance Computer.

You know you're addicted to Orbiter when you have a dream that a new Orbiter beta came out then you wake up and frantically run to your computer to check sourceforge. (Just happened to me!)

Yesterday, I watched Apollo 13. When the command module docked to the lunar excursion module, I thought that I heard that sound before, on OrbiterSound. (you know, that "bang bang bang bang bang bang" sound after docking)

Also, was the RCS acting crazy after the oxygen tank explosion or was it just part of the dramatization?

AFAIK the spurious RCS activity was real and was a result of the confused guidance system trying to correct for the drift created by the explosion and venting.

When you take a few month hiatus to get personal matters in order and you instantly log back on when you get your computer working.

When you see space related license plates everywhere, like XR, LM, DG...
