for taking up that lab (Kibo?)

I Say 120, It
Installed Harmony
Moved the P6 Truss to the P4/3 Truss
Did an epic Eva to fix the P6 Truss
Made the Station 20% Bigger.

STS-122 because of bringing up the Columbus lab.

For me it was STS-124.

Kibo's interior size just is amazing. And also the cabin windows are awesome:

Definitely one of the nicest modules to my taste.

I really think 120 was. It was also for me the hardest to do in Orbiter.

For me, a tie between 120 and 124. 120 added the node, and 124 added the huge lab!

those seals and windows are complex! 15 layers of o-rings and gaskets and seals and rings and stuff.. Why not make them much simpler?

because they really need each layer. The windows are a potential weakness for MMODs, as they are not protected by the bumper shields of the modules.

I'd say 124. Simply due to the epic size of Kibo. There have been some more 'technical' missions since RTF- such as 120, but seeing Kibo opened up for the first time and staring in jealous awe at the sheer volume added to the ISS wins it for me.
