You're making a custom mission? Have you used the trajectory planner tool to generate targeting for the LVDC? It will generate the targeting data to copy and paste inside the scenario file.
You'll also need to replace the padload so the CMC/LGC is adjusted for the new scenario.
Did some searching and have not seen any discussion on VR for Orbiter or OpenOrbiter. Is VR planned or even possible with Orbiter? Flying SSU or NASSP in VR with the ability to interact with the virtual cockpits would be incredible!
For P23, P52, etc you use the following to limit unwanted rates:
S/C Cont - SCS
Att Deadband - Min
Rate - Low
BMAG (3) - Att 1/Rate 2
I've found limit cycle can help too if you dont want to maneuver.

Where in the CSM yaw is the middle gimbal, roll is the middle gimbal in the LEM. You should see a red shaded area on either side of the FDAI's edges (on the panel itself, not the 8ball like in the CSM). If the double line running vertically down the FDAI touches this red band on both ends you...
