VR Support?

Did some searching and have not seen any discussion on VR for Orbiter or OpenOrbiter. Is VR planned or even possible with Orbiter? Flying SSU or NASSP in VR with the ability to interact with the virtual cockpits would be incredible!

Oh I had no idea that was available. Is the performance acceptable? And can the hand controllers be used in the virtual cockpit?

I don't have real vr glasses, just tried it with vr glasses for my mobile phone and the performance was ok.

Check out Reentry on steam, it has native VR support. Al tough not as detailed or advanced as NASSP, it has a some pretty detailed Apollo missions. I thought it was a cool VR experience but Orbiter remains king.
