How come Hanger Mods isn't set up so you can visually browse from newest to oldest/ The new setup isnt very user friendly. The way it is set up now you pretty much have to know what you are looking for.
So when I click on Links then click on Orbiter Mods Page this part works.
Unfortunately, when I try to use the Browse option its all screwed up.
How long has this been going on?
Is it being addressed?
I really want Space Launch System for Orbiter 2016 0.1.1. It requires Spacecraft 2, 3 and Multistage 2.These are no longer on the interweb.
Does Spacecraft 4 supersede these?
Does Multistage 2015 supersede Multistage 2?
After failing to load, Orbiter log says spacecraft configuration not...
I haven't been using Orbiter for a few years and now I'm back. Loading 2016 into my computer as well as all my favorite ships and addons.
My favorite MFD for navigating to the Moon was something I think was just called Lunar MFD. It's kind of like Interplanetary but specifically for the Moon...
I'm trying to use the Apollo 20 simulation in the extended AMSO but if you use the LM LGC supplied with AMSO, it's obviously locked on to another landing site over 1000km away. You get a cross range too high error. Is there a way to change the LGC to the Apollo 20 landing coordinates? Maybe...
Does anyone know if there has been a fix for Local Light Sources on Orbiter 2010? If I turn on Local Light Sources the Launcher crashes. I'd really like to use the Spotlight addons.
Does anyone know where I can find CTV-ATV2-Phoenix, Lunar mission? If you find it through the LINKS section it doesn't say "Download" it says "External Link". When you click on it the addon is nowhere to be found.
I'm a little concerned with the realism of the Space Shuttle reentry. Both Standard Orbiter version and Space Shuttle Ultra. I'm having difficulty maintaining the proper reentry attitude. As soon as you hit semi-dense atmosphere the nose pitches down to almost level. No amount of aileron or RCS...
I wonder if there already exists a website or repositiry that teaches spaceflight skills then tests the students on their knowledge by having them undertake progressive missions, awarding medals or certifications and which upon final completion awards them their official Orbinaut Wings? If not...
Hmm... Seems to me, I'd only feel safe near any planetary body with a ground radar attached to a computer running short arc extrapolations at all times to give me piece of mind that I'm not going to run into the darn thing...
This is a general question about Apollo hardware not necessarily about Orbiter.
Looking at diagrams of the Lunar Module it appears to me the Landing Radar was located on the underside of the decent stage. So,,, once the ascent stage lifted off, how did the astronauts measure their altitude above...
So, when is one of our brilliant developers going to make a kick ass replica of the Hermes Spacecraft from the movie The Martian? Is someone currently working on it? If so, who?
If you go to Links from the Orbiter Homepage then Orbiter hanger Mods. Type in Virtual NumPad in the search box and an addon just for your needs will appear.
Or just click or copy/paste on this link to get Virtual NumPad...
