Support Space Launch System for Orbiter 2016 0.1.1

I really want Space Launch System for Orbiter 2016 0.1.1. It requires Spacecraft 2, 3 and Multistage 2.These are no longer on the interweb.

Does Spacecraft 4 supersede these?
Does Multistage 2015 supersede Multistage 2?

After failing to load, Orbiter log says spacecraft configuration not found.

Could you post the content of the logs here, if you experience the same crashes after installing all dependencies?
