Constellation Orion CEV 2014-08-27

This add-on simulates the Ares I and Orion CEV early versions, as intended on the original NASA Constellation Program.
The Orion CEV is implemented as a custom .dll vessel, compatible with UCGO (1 cargo slot) and UMMU (4 person crew). There is also an ejectable LSP package, and a “SIM bay” with a deployable palette and a VC.The “Altair UMMU” by gattispilot is included, since it matches the Constellation Program design.
