First Part of a (hopefully) new add-on series.
Its supposed to be a VASIMR

And it's purpose is to dock with a spaceship of your choice, and use it
.It does not have any "visible" attitude-thrusters, because It has a gyro (like the ISS) inside. Next Release there will be a MFD included which allows you to control the stage from the spaceship that is docked with the Engine.
