When you load some scenarios that use the default KSC, it brings some crashes to desktop.
This will replace your KSC Hires Canaveral base with a version that includes pads, so you don´t have such a crash to desktop problem.
The stock Canaveral base had buildings in the middle of roads, but this one doesn´t. This one tried to preserve the original concept of the stock Canaveral base.
The purpose of this addon was to show how Surface Base Wizard could be used to make bases on surface tiles.
