So I've recently reinstalled orbiter 2016 and I decided to get d3d9 again since it improved the game a lot for me graphics wise. so I installed r3.12 (the latest stable version of it) and I loaded it on the ng version like normal but it keeps crashing and not saving my config. it worked perfect...
