Hmm, I haven't really had any problems with Facebook. It's usually a nice fun and quick diversion. There have been a few periods where I don't feel like logging in at all, but that usually happens for all websites I frequent.

You can turn off the MFDs with the RIGHT and LEFTSHIFT+ESC combo. But I don't believe you can turn off the fuel gauge under the default generic cockpit layout.

There is a tutorial included in the latest Orbiter release that shows how to fly a shuttle into orbit to dock with the ISS. It is under the scenario "2010 Edition/New tutorials/Space Shuttle to ISS". For shuttle fleet specific functions, I believe there is a playback on the TAL abort included...

This. I used to have this problem with some older hardware and Kulch's Fantastic SRC base(1st version). I would always come to a halt above that speck of light as though it were a traffic stop. Thankfully newer hardware helped....a lot! Hail :probe:
