Internet 3D Star Map for Chrome Browser

Works with the Google Chrome Browser only.
Works with the Mozilla Firefox Web Browser for me. Nothing to download or install, either. WebGL isn't Chrome specific feature.

Ok, good to know.

Pretty neat. Celestia is more comprehensive though.

Celestia is... a little disappointing unless you have a really fast computer. Its a great program, but the controls are clunky, and its just so damn memory-hungry. I would honestly rather use Orbiter for most things that celestia can do

Yea, Celestia will definitely tax your computer, but it's the best program of its kind out there. I don't find the controls clunky at all. It's not meant to be a spaceflight/physics simulator, it's meant to be a high quality 3d planetarium and a virtual universe.

There isn't a lot of overlap between what Orbiter does and what Celestia does. They're both really great at what they do, but they don't do certain things.
