Mt 8800GTS died awhile ago, so I got a replacement GTX. We hooked the thing up, and it worked good. But, it prompts at startup that I don't have some auxiliary power connector plugged in, and gives all kinds of graphics artifacts when doing gaming. There is also a drop in performance, it's worse than my 8800 GTS, and Crysis runs on like 10 FPS. It even forced me to stop working on Physics Tower, because the framerates were unbearable and unhealthy.
I think it said it was limiting the performance because it doesn't have enough power.

My power supply is enough, and everything is plugged in, AFAIK
Anybody have a clue what is going on?

There's an auxiliary (4 or 6 pin) connector at the back of the card, which you'll have to connect to the power supply. I'd guess it's something like this:

MeDiCS is correct; details and a diagram will be in your video card's setup instructions.
