A young graduate Astrologer was investigating deterioration of precision of astrology predictions over the past 50 years and picked a hint of a strange dependency. The predictions have become faulty since late 50's, and firstly they were just ones bound up with the Moon, but soon, almost simultaneously, horoscopes involving Mars and Venus have become unreliable. At the same time, the rest of planets continued to provide good, fulfilling, horoscopes. In 70's, the numbers of complaints about crappy predictions got back to normal, but that lasted only till end of 90's, when suddenly horoscopes based on Jupiter and Saturn went wayward, the same to the Moon, Mars and Venus. Through year 2009, the horoscopes that included Moon and Mars data were just as truthful as relying on mundane coin flipping.
The Astrologer suddenly realized that these unfavourbale periods coincide with when various interplanetary probes orbited and landed planets. He discovered, that mass ratio between the spacecraft and the planet was not important. The Galileo spoiled Jupiter just as badly, as the Smart did to the Moon. The best guess is that the power of the probe's astrological influence depends mostly on the power of its high-gain transmitters. And of course, the total effect is multiplied when more than one probe is in planet's orbit.
As of now, the Open Institute of Astrology is preparing an open appeal to UN Chairman with a request to stop exploring planets of Solar System with interplanetary probes until all implications and influences of such missions on the Astral sphere are thoroughly researched. All astrologers are highly recommended not to consider Earth's Moon and Mars as reliable celestial bodies in their calculations.
