Search A rocket with alot of stages and or parachutes.

I tried universals parachute with a new mesh. The mesh is not rotated correctly, AND it is too difficult to figure out what position is best to add a parachute at and to make a config file

I don't know what position is what. It is way too much a hassle.

So you want someone to do it all for you? It isn't going to happen. You have to take some responsibility for working these things out yourself and when you do there is a lot of satisfaction from it. I spent sometime working out how to change the mesh in Universal Parachutes to something more visually appealing and in the correct location but it was worth it and not "too much a hassle". It's how you learn to adapt orbiter to fit your needs.

Also i did a search on orbit hangar alot of times, most of the stuff doesn't quite suit my needs.

Then change it if you can or write your own.

Also there is another vessel im looking for i use to have along time ago but i don't remember its name. It was a rocket with like 10 stages and had a parachute capsule, but it wasn't no advanced thing and stuff it was just a small rocket.

You should have backed it up. Things do get removed from OH so i'd say you are out of luck.
