I found an easy (but slow) way to do an aerobrake to reduce orbital velocity,
Aim for 71KM PeA then do about 10°AOA flight with 180° roll, aim to have no vertical velocity.
As your speed decreases, you will be able to go lower into the atmosphere, go too high and you wont be able to stay down, keep your hull temperatures high to dissapate your energy faster and reduce the risk of falling out of tne atmosphere.
With a little practice (and alot of patience, it tales a long time to slow down from 10 km/s) youll be able to fo it and then shoot out of the atmosphrlere with an ApA of 300k.
Good luck!
