Hello at all...
I'm 28 years old and from the milky way, exactly Germany!
Well, by accident, I came to Orbiter and tried it.
One day later, I bought some wood and I was building my first simpit.
3 years ago, my first Cockpit was a racing simulator... Also very nice, but boring at the end of time because of dependency, keep driving on the street.

Now, I'll be able to fly at... mh.. at the moon, mars, pluto, what ever.
My 3 years old son always put me under pressure to finish the simpit because he also want to fly to the moon :)
And if I leave the building room he gets sad and say: "Pleeeeease keep on building on the shuttle...."

2 days ago I went to a junk yard in order to get a car seat for the shuttle. I said: "I need a seat, doesn't matter from which car..."
And the people asked me why and for what.
I said: "ehm, for my son...I'm building a space shuttle for him!" :embarrassed::lol:

Damn, people who build racing sims or F-16 Cockpits are cooooool.
But when I say: Hey, I'm building a Delta Glider in roder to fly to the ISS, I'll get lock up!!

How ever, Orbiter is a great sim and it's very very cool to build an own simpit, for me or for my son... It's a great pleasure for me to get great informations here and meet people like me!!

Greetings
Dominik

PS: Racing sim users never reach the sky
Flight sim users never reach the stars
orbiter users never stop beeing faszinated!
