Whilst having a look through Academic Earth for new courses this morning I came across the following: http://academicearth.org/courses/aircraft-systems-engineering
It's all the lectures from an Aircraft Systems Engineering course at MIT, which I thought in itself might be of interest to some here, however for this particular course they're using the Space Shuttle as a case-study and so have plenty of guest speakers who were involved in the program (including those who flew the first few test-flights!). I've only watched the first lecture so far, and it is pretty interesting!
In case you haven't seen the site before, have a look round as there's some pretty good stuff available, including a really good astronomy lecturer.
[edit - and it's all free!]
