AMSO eva problem

When i try an eva eg. apollo 9 space eva i can get out but when i try to get back in orbiter crashes. This does not happen with the moon walk eva or ummu

turn off all the modules in the launch pad and see if it still happens.
If not turn them back on one at a time and see which one causes the crash.
When you reenter from the EVA, you're deleting a vessel. Some addons don't handle this correctly and it causes a crash.

In reality though, evacuating/aborting out of an Apollo vessel ends the mission.
