For Orbiter 2010 probably not. The current plan is to support Orbiter 2016 only for the NASSP 8.0 release. There is a experimental development branch of NASSP 8.0 for Orbiter 2010. Depending on demand and the amount of work it takes we might update it when the NASSP 8.0 release comes closer.
The current plan is to fully support the Apollo 11 mission in NASSP 8.0 for Orbiter 2016, minus all the lunar surface activities.
