Request Apollo CSM Shuttle for AMSO/NASSP

I have found this on YouTube via Hazegrayart and this looks very much a uniquely fully reusable Apollo CSM that could work for AMSO or NASSP!

I am somewhat skeptical that this is as good of an idea as North American-Rockwell thought it was. As far as I know, the only significant documentation that exists for this is the patent.

It looks cool. Probably not on the short for NASSP any time soon though.

If someone wanted to make an addon of one that would be cool though. Just don't be too optimistic about L/D or stability

Yeah. The heatshield would have had to be completely redesigned and a lot larger (heavier).
Not to mention the loss of internal SM volume from all of those extra systems...
