Appearent strange bug

I everyone,

I am experiencing a problem when using add-ons built on Spacecraft3.
Basically i cannot turn or move the robotic arm of the "Resolve" , and cannot perform any operation which requires to press L-Shift + somthing.

Could it be, because i am using Windows Vista? or Because my Keyboard has not an english configuration?

Spacecraft 3 was written by someone who isn't an English-language native, so I don't think the keybaord is an issue.

I Solved the problem thanks

It was because my keyboard has a "Fn" key and must be used together with Shift + something
