I have noticed this with AR81's addons, such as the Orbiter Diagnostics Tool, or any of the scenario generators.
This is not a question, this is a solution that has worked for me,
Simply follow the link at the bottom of the page to download the msvbvm50.dll, theres a readme in the .zip file that explains where to put it. If you still get problems put it in your Orbiter Root, or wherever you have the tools for orbiter.

I have heard that you are supposed to download and install the Microsoft Visual Basic 5 Redistributable Package. Of course my way works just as good, and the Redistributable Package is a lot bigger that a small .dll file.
